A sales app for small shops, built and run since 2011
The problem
Small shops, market stalls and home businesses often keep their sales in a notebook or a spreadsheet. Stock runs out without warning, customer debts get forgotten, and at the end of the month nobody is sure what was really earned.
Most accounting tools are built for accountants, not for the person behind the counter.
What we built
One simple app. Record a sale in a few taps and see the profit straight away. Keep stock and customer dues up to date, and export daily, weekly and monthly reports to PDF, Excel or text.
Invoices, several shops and sales representatives are there when the business grows.
How it's built
- iOS: a native Swift app for iPhone and iPad (iOS 15.6 and up), which also runs on Apple silicon Macs.
- Android: a native app for Android 10 and up.
- Shared web core: sales, stock and reports come from a PHP and MySQL back end that both apps use. A browser edition is available too.
- Subscriptions: a free plan, plus optional Pro through App Store and Google Play billing (monthly, 3-month, 6-month, yearly or lifetime).
- Notifications and monitoring: push messages, crash reports and remote settings through Firebase.
- Languages: 51 on the App Store, English plus 50 more.
