1. THE APPLICATION

Daily Expense Tracker (the “Application”) is a mobile application developed by JigsawLab, located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The Application is designed to help users:

• Track daily expenses and income
• Manage personal or business finances
• Generate reports and insights
• Store financial records securely

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

3. SCOPE OF LICENSE

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal or business expense tracking.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the app
• Use the app for illegal activities
• Resell or distribute the app without permission

4. DATA & USER RESPONSIBILITY

• You are responsible for all data entered into the app
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of financial reports
• You are strongly advised to regularly export and back up your data

In case of device loss, app deletion, account issues, or technical problems, data recovery may not always be possible.

5. DATA PRIVACY

We may collect:

• Basic account information
• Usage data
• Device information

We do not sell your personal data.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

If the Application offers paid features:

• Payments may be processed through Apple, Google, or approved third-party providers
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled by the user
• Refunds are handled according to the relevant platform’s billing policy

7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive to keep the Application and related services available at all times. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Application at any time.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

JigsawLab is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application, including but not limited to:

• Loss of financial data
• Incorrect calculations or reports
• Business or personal decisions made based on the Application

The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time if:

• You violate this Agreement
• Misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is detected
• We are required to do so by law or platform policy

You may stop using the Application at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, branding, software, design, content, and intellectual property related to the Application are owned by JigsawLab unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
